 So! I haven't been updating my blog. Have sort of like totally lost interest in blogging. But I found that interest back. HAHA. Hmm, let's just say, this week is just so exciting. Sort of. Finally I'm not staying at home, positioning myself in front of the laptop and doing nothing. I'm so busy almost everyday. Only rest day was Tuesday! But I'm not gonna complain, cause I'm enjoying how time seems to pass faster and tada! tomorrow is class bbq and CAMP ECHO already! Camp is part of me now. ^^ Finally can see G3 MCs! :D Anyway, went to school on Monday to do the guides notice board. I swear our board is freaking awesome okay. It's like the best! I love it! HAHA, but I was really super super super super late to meet Candice and co. cause I got the time wrong. And when they called me, I just woke up. Super panic mode. Tried to get there as quick as I can but the bus damn slow. Then, went to Nerine's house yesterday for Beijing slights/script and lit hw. Wanted to do MPW also but no time. I finally finish ALL my homework! YAY. Relieved! Had soooooo much fun doing the slights and stuff. Talk a lot also, as usual. && I got the Hoot poster already! Woo! HAHAHA, I'm in hyper mode now. :P Finally, had Guides leaders bonding session today. Just one work: AWESOME. I love the bony game. Really bony okay! I can literally feel Eunice's butt bone when she sit on me! Just so much to learn in one game! :) We bought cake for Juliana, Jocelyn, and the CLs & ACLs also! I'm just sooooooooooooo excited for tomorrow! I can't wait to skate again. And of course, I've been waiting for Camp Echo ever since camp ended. So yeah, really excited! Time pass faster please! What sucks is that school starts next week. DAMN. |

    It was the best camp ever, I swear. I've never once cried because of camp, but I did this time. I really didn't want to break camp so badly. I'm looking forward to 24 June, there's this councillors dinner or something. I love TYA man, like a lot a lot. I want to be a volunteer! This camp was really really awesome. Truly a survival camp. Although I always have lack of sleep and food, I still love the camp tothemax. The camp food was also so much better than the food in all the other camps I've been to. Overall, it's just very very very very very awesome la. Taking care of kids are so tough. But they're adorable nonetheless. I learnt to control my temper, and be more tolerant and patient. I learnt to bathe faster. ^^ I learnt to talk to children without feeling so awkward. And a lot more. I can't wait for next year man, I'm so going to go back. The activities were like super fun, but I'm too lazy to describe everything. Sleeping on the hard floor with my sleeping bag was not so bad too. I love how after I bathe every night, I just lie down and can sleep immediately. No waking up in the middle of the night and stuff. I LOVE TYA SURVIVAL CAMP 2011

 School has started.Means lesser comp. time,lesser sleep time,lesser tv time and more studying time.): Not really that happy when school started cause for one thing,I CAN'T WATCH BOF anymore! Tsk.Although I watched it before,it still feels different watching it broadcasted on tv. First day of school started off with mass.Miss Choo is still our form teacher,and Miss Mo is our new FT! :D The day passed really quickly with aesthetics talk,discipline talk and some sort of camp workshop(?) Wasn't really looking forward to camp the next day.I don't really have the mood for camp.All the cheering and stuff,I don't like it at all. 5 January,first day of camp.Went to school with my old Jansport bag.Surprising I see a lot of people with big big bags.What do they put in there man.I can squeeze like everything into my small bag and yet people need to bring two bags/big bags.Gathered at the gym after morning assembly and met the facilitators for our camp.2D-2's facilitator is super shy! Have the cover his face while talking one,remind us of Nerine.So we joked that he was Nerine's brother.Haha. Took bus to the camp site next.Our bus is so lousy compared to other people's buses.It has some smokey smell that I hate a lot.When I first saw the camp site,got a shock cause I expected something bigger,like the camp site I went for P4 camp.The camp site was quite small,and it doesn't look like a camp site.Only the high elements proof that it's a camping site.Sat at the hall and our group played Whacko.Damn funny. :D As far as I remember,there wasn't a time where I weren't laughing.I think we went to our dorms and had lunch at the canteen next.Played some games after lunch.Really fun.Especially the swing thing,but I hurt my hip there.): Had dinner next(?) Then night act,bathe and supper.I think this camp's sleeping arrangements was the most comfortable compared to all the other camps I've attended.We get to sleep on double-decker beds,with matresses and pillows.Shiok much.But the room was kinda creepy.Heard a lot of weird noises at night.I didn't dare to face the stack of chairs beside me after Lavinia told me some ghost story. The next day,woke up early and did cheers and morning exercise in the hall.Had breakfast then walked to Kent Ridge Park for amazing race.The games are fun ttm.I love the tennis ball game.But it's really annoying when people keep sabo-ing others(especially the facilitator).Walked back to camp site,ate lunch.We were supposed to do the high elements.I was so looking forward to it lor,but then it rained.TSK.Felt really pissed.Like we paid so much money but we didn't get to try to interesting stuff.So wasted.WHY MUST IT RAIN?!Did wet weather programme in the hall.Played the tennis ball game,a little of Whacko then had a briefing for high elements.Just when the rain was about to stop,it rained heavier.So in the end,can't try at all.Practiced our campfire cheers and skit at the extended room.2C's facilitator came and taught us some cheers.She's really creative! Maybe that's why 2C won the best cheer award.(: I think we went for dinner next.Then it's CAMPFIRE.I didn't enjoy the campfire at all.): Of all times,I had to have fever at the most fun part of camp.Sore throat hurts so much,my hip too.Miss Choo and Miss Ng brought me to the canteen to rest,took temperature.Actually,Miss Ng is quite nice leh.(: Telling me not to be so tense (i get tense in front of adults ALONE) and all that.Haha.Rested for a while then went back to campfire.No mood at all during our performance,cheers,songs ans stuff.Hiaz.Bathe,supper then sleep.We planned to talk all night and not sleep,but then I don't know why when I just lie down,I fell asleep :/. 7 January,last day of camp.To tell the truth,I couldn't wait to go back home cause I felt really really terrible and tired.More cheers,pictures and finally we headed back to school.Had prize presentation.We actually won the best team award.I was super shocked.Can't believe it okay.So many other teams more enthusiastic and active than us,but we still won! :D Break camp,went to compass with Lavinia,Janice,Amelia and Nerine for lunch.Me and Amelia ate macs,the rest at Yoshinoya.Walked around a while then bus-ed home. |

 Finally back from camp.3 days in school is enough.I miss WGM!): Camp was tiring,having to run from basement up and down all the time,only getting a few hours of sleep and having to always put in your 210% for everything even if the campers don't respond to you.But overall,it was awesome. :D I miss camp planning days.): I thought I would feel happy when all the stress is over but,surprisingly I miss all the meetings. D:Day 1, Leaders' Camp Leaders' camp was great! Gathered at 12 and had a meeting with the guiders.Then we had a surprise challenge.It was super fun! But idk why we didn't get to let the campers try the surprise challenge.Well,maybe it's because of the time constrain.Our structure made from spaggetti sticks and marshmallows managed to stand but however,we didn't complete the structure.We were supposed to build 3 structures but only one stood up.): Then ... I forgot what we did.We cooked our dinner using messtins.We each got one packet of noodles.(: Sing-a-long then bathe.Supper then went to sleep. Day 2, Official camp Next day,camp starts officially.Woke up early to prepare and stuff,then me and Candice;Noona waited at the foyer for the campers to arrive.Went up to the gym after that.Later,Icebreakers started.Super nervous but still managed to remember what to say.Blow Wind Blow wasn't exactly a success.I think I didn't put in enough effort cause the campers were not responsive.Got a scolding after the game.After that,we all strived to do better.(: Tick Tock then Patrol Corner.Group 1's name is Fence Breakers.After that is area cleaning I think.I forgot what happened after that.Only remembered we did messtin cooking for lunch.(Y) Footdrill next.Strict and tiring.After that got muscle strain a little,cause locked my arms super tight.But I enjoyed footdrill.(: Guides Law challenge,awesome ttm. :D Prepared for TBG.Dinner(?) then Night Activity.The gym lights couldn't be on-ed after we off-ed it,so searched for the items in the dark.It was not perfect but I think the game was still successful.Little response again for debrief.Night Act by the mentors were superb! Supper,bathe,debrief. Day 3, Last Day Had very little sleep the previous night.Woke up in the morning.First one to wake up,then woke the others up.Eunice super funny.I woke her up then she slept again,then later she told me I didn't wake her up.HAHA! Wash up,gathered outside guides room.Prepared for the day then went upstairs to join the campers for breakfast.Ate 2 pieces of bread for breakfast.Finally drank the milo.Taste not bad.(: Supposed to do Outdoor Cooking for lunch after that but it rained.So,did messtin again.The french toast and scrambled egg (Y). Gadget making competition was tough but fun.Our clothing line wasn't very firm but we had fun making it. :D Went to the gym to prepare for campfire.Quick dinner then ran up to light the candles.I didn't dare to light after I almost got burned on my first try.But in the end,I still lighted some of the candles.Got ourselves hyper and then campfire started.Sang and sang.The games were fun.After campfire,ran up and down many many many times to get stuff to help clear up.Helped to tie the poles and dismantle the clothing lines.Gathered at foyer,then home.  The camp is finally here.After so many meetings,it's finally going to be the real thing.To tell the truth,I can't wait.(: I going to try my best but I still prepared myself for the scoldings so,I'm not nervous at all.Well,at least I'm not nervous now,I don't know how I will react talking in front of everyone :/ It's still reassuring to know that all the planning and stress will be over soon.(:Today was fun.Finally,we didn't spent all the time in school.We went out to Compass and RM today to buy logistics.(: Went crazy at compass.Hehe.Bought 3 SS501 Postcards! KHJ and KKJ both look awesome in all 3 cards. :D Lunch at KFC with Candice,Keerthi and Eunice.(: Walked back to school,arranged some stuff,made orange toilet rolls then headed to RM to buy more stuff.Went into Cube-I(?) and saw BOF notebook.It's super cheap but then the design's not nice.): KHJ look HOT.I'm going to buy when I feel like it.(: Went to Daiso and Fairprice then walked to compass.Bought present for Nerine at Minitoons.Had a hard time deciding cause not sure what she like. :/ I hope she likes what I bought! Comics connection again,saw KHJ magazine but it's in chinese and only a few pages so didn't buy.But now I regret sooooo.... going to buy after camp. :D Hehe.I'll miss WGM,Joongie,Jongie and my bed.): |

 It started with a Kiss.Taiwanese version of Playful Kiss.It's more romantic but they skipped quite a lot of scenes that I think are important.Plus,the cast are super ugly compared to the Korean version and the anime.Seriously,the guy looks too old and the girl looks .... Quite nice but I can't stand the characters.Even their personalities in the story seems different.And some scenes and expression are overexaggerated.A failure compared to Playful Kiss.Had conference call with Lavinia and Peixuan today.(: Talked a lot about camp next year and homework and stuff.Hopefully,3 of us will be sleeping together for camp.They say if we were to sleep in tents,Peixuan will roll the both of us and the tent away while she's sleeping.Laughed like mad :D We've got phobia of insects and frogs and rats :S However,we're still looking forward to next year and meeting up to do homework.(: Why do I feel so down?  I've just came back from camp and I'm super tired.I want to relax so desperately.But sadly,I've got my whole lot of holiday homework undone.Just managed to finish my maths and chinese homework.Still got a 500-word essay,comic strip,literature and geography work to do..let's rewind..Guides Camp-Day 1 We assembled at sround 7.30am+.Then headed to the gym for bag check.After that,got our dorms and toilets assigned then went to put our bags.I Diligence guides(me,Eunice,ShengZhi,JingYi,MeiJun,Shermin,Gayatrii) then went for our lessons.Aesthestics at musci room.Rehearsing for Aesthetics Day on 16 April (my birthday (: ) .Then maths e-learning at computer lab.After lessons,joined the camp for outdoor cooking.We prepared potatoes,sweet corn,pizza and kebab(dunno how spell) at the canteen while some people went to dig the ground and start the fire.The potatoes,pizza and sweet corn was nice but I think the kebab(chicken) tasted disgusting.Then...I think we had campfire preparation.Rehearsed Gee.Then had packed dinner and campfire.After that had night activity.Haha so funny.The seniors kept poking me.My bandana keep loosening and then I saw a hand with red watch poking me.I think either Jinming or Yi Ying.Then someone led me away from my team,then had to find then blindfolded.Luckily found them before the game ended.Went to Gym next and overcomed obstacles in the dark and blindfolded.Showered,supper and then sleep.But had to wake up at 1.30am for night sentry(patrol around the school).We used torchlights and shine around,but cannot shine at trees and inside the dark classrooms.I was looking forward to night sentry but then I very tired,so I was walking sort of with my eyes half open.Finally got to sleep at 2.30am. Guides Camp- Day 2 Woke up at 6.30am.Washed up and changed.Assembled at 6.45am.Then went to hall for flag raising together with NPCC,then to the gym for attire check.Breakfast then Treasure Hunt.We went to station 1,School Backgate,station 5,Rivervale Mall badminton court then station 3,Field outside compass point.We were playing games half way when it started raining heavily.Then all rush to the bus stop and waited for the rain to stop.A senior came and gave us each $1 to take bus back to school.Nice senior :D Had sweet corn for refreshments then went for mess tin cooking.We made maggee mee,french toast,mixed vegetables and meat and scrambled egg.After eating we all have to clean up.The leader forgot to put oil so the messtin was sort of burned.I have to scrub all the burned part and only Sheng Zhi came to help me.The rest dunno all got where.Then left me scrubbing like hell.The leaders also help me scrub.Then they all assemble lerh,so the leader ask me go assemble.What kind of group members are they lor.Had gadget making,TBG,Dinner,Area Cleaning,Prize Presentation then home sweet home(finally!) My parents came to fetch me and then had additional dinner with them.Sushi :D Went back home,bathed and unpack and sleep.The End! P.S. I've removed some links,do take note. |

 Ohh,realised that I haven't posted for quite some time.Anyway,I just came back from Malaysia and I'm seriously beat.We've been to KL,Melaka and Johor Bahru.I'm sick of hotels and those shopping and stuff etc.Finally home is such a GREAT relief.Haha.So,let's recall back the day of Sport's Meet which was last friday.Sport's Meet aka Sport's Day This year St.Elizabeth was second.Quite disappointed.Vanessa and Ethel cried.Actually it's already quite okay cause this year St.Elizabeth like not very enthu lerhs,and overall we are still the champion.So,no use being disappointed.Just think about doing better next year (: Anyway,I didn't know if I'm participating in Sport's Meet of not,so I just brought my shorts and shoes along.When we reach Hougang Stadium,the captain(Vanessa) told me that I have to run 1x400m and 4x400m relay.No choice.So I ran lol.For 1x400 relay,St.Elizabeth only got one team,so I am the last runner.The first runner was last to reach the second runner,so I thought we were going to lose.Then suddenly,everyone sped up and we got 4th.Yay :D Same for 4x400 relay,we got either 5th or 6th.The funny thing was that me and Lavinia both 2nd runners.I thought she's going to beat me.But then dunno why I manage overtake her.I think she chiong at the beginning that's why.But all the same.And this year champion is St.Catherine.Congrats.But I got really irritated because St.Catherine got sooo many awards ): don't care,next year MUST do better ;D Going for UG camp tomorrow,2 day 1 night.And also got some extra classes.So most likely posting after the camp if I have time.Cause got plenty of homework ): && before I end off,I bought NEW MOON DVD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
